Marie (Connie) visits her father at the Office with a plead to him to allow her to live with him instead of their mother. Marie states that their mother hates her. Her father persuades her that they will talk again tomorrow over tea. Connie does another excellent job of acting. Notice the absolute sincerity in her facial emotion and movements. The tone of her voice and the touch of urgency in her lines. The short pauses between her lines helps to inforce the passion of those lines. Wow!
