Sunday Dinner for a Soldier, "Connie's movie debut to Stardom" 1944
Clearly, possibly the most popular lobby card of Connie's movies. It is also the most difficult to acquire. I have one other in extremely poor condition. I also have a couple of 1-sheet posters in poor condition as well. _______________________________________________________________________
Wake Up and Dream 1946
Any Connie Marshall fan recognizes this scene as a turning point moment just before Connie tells off the Coast Guard commander. This is one of the rare shots which captures most of the significant cast. Also a very popular lobby card and difficult to find and acquire. _______________________________________________________________________
Sentimental Journey 1946
This is a scene after Hitty (Connie) has been rejected by Bill (John Payne). She is also afraid to lose Julie (Maureen O'Hara). _______________________________________________________________________
Sentimental Journey 1946
A scene in which Bill saves Hitty's life. Hitty leaves home in desperate search of Julie and returns to the beach where she first met her. A storm arises and Hitty is nearly washed away by the waves until Bill arrives in time to save her life. And that is William Bendix on the left who Connie would see again in 1950 in the movie Kill the Umpire. _______________________________________________________________________
Dragonwyck 1946
This lobby card depicts a great moment in Connie's acting talent. This card has some unfortunate damage from previous storage but is still a valuable item in my collection. _______________________________________________________________________
